Meetings:
Regular meetings are held as needed—generally on the 4th Thursday of the month. The meeting location can vary between the Community Training Room at 109 N. Front Street and the Columbus Health Department, 240 Parsons Avenue at 6:00 pm. Meetings are subject to cancellation or rescheduling. You are encouraged to contact the Planning Division for meeting and location confirmation.

Business meetings are held as needed – generally on the 2^nd Wednesday of the month at the King Arts Complex, 867 Mount Vernon Avenue at 8:30 am. Meetings are subject to cancellation or rescheduling. You are encouraged to contact the Planning Division for meeting confirmation.

Applications:
Application deadlines vary by month, but are always prior to the Business meetings. Applicants should contact the staff representative for more information regarding application deadlines and submittal requirements.

Sign Language Interpreter:
An interpreter will be made available for anyone in need of this service. To schedule an interpreter, please contact the City of Columbus, Planning Division at 645-8036 at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the scheduled meeting time.
