Demolition Permits
Check out our Demolition Permit report to see what's happening in your neighborhood. Properties located in historic districts or area commission boundaries are subject to a 45-day waiting period prior to demolition. A report of prior year demolition activiy can be found under the Publications, Fee Schedule, and Reports section of the web site.
