Demolition Demolition Permits
Check out our Demolition Permit report to see what's happening in your neighborhood. Properties located in historic districts or area commission boundaries are subject to a 60-day waiting period prior to demolition. A report of prior year demolition activity can be found under the Publications, Fee Schedule, and Reports section of the web site.

Neighborhood Pride
2009 marks the 10th year for Mayor Coleman's Neighborhood Pride program, which reaches out to help hundreds of families and small businesses work with City crews to clean-up, fix-up, beautify and strengthen Columbus’ neighborhoods. Six Neighborhoods and four Mini Pride locations have been selected.

Parking Code Update!

The city of Columbus is updating the Off-Street Parking and Loading Chapter of the Columbus Zoning Code! For more information about this critical code change and the upcoming public meetings, click here!

Building Investigation Team

If you suspect that construction work in your neighborhood is being performed by unlicensed contractors and without proper permits, you can report. For more information regarding the Building Investigation Team, click here!

Building Services Fee Schedule Change

'Click here' for the Combined 2008 Fee Schedule. This fee schedule became effective on February 25, 2008.
