Commission meetings take place on the First Tuesday of the Month at 7:00 pm at the Hilltop Regional Library located at 511 S. Hague Avenue.

PLEASE NOTE: The Nov. 2nd meeting has been moved to Nov. 9th to accomodate Election Day.

CALENDAR ADJUSTMENTS FOR 2011: Please note that the meeting for July, August and November of 2011 will not be held on the regular occuring dates but will take place on the following dates: July 12, Aug. 9 and Nov. 11. The location and time will remain the same.
