Neighborhood Pride Beautiful Homes Awards
BHA Logo
Proud, diligent homeowners are the heart of strong, safe neighborhoods and a vibrant city. Our homes reflect an investment in family and neighborhood, and exemplify the spirit of Mayor Michael B. Coleman’s Neighborhood Pride program—that each resident can make a positive difference in their neighborhood.

Beautiful homes, whether large or small, elicit feelings of pride, community and security in both the homeowner and his or her neighbors. Neighbors are inspired to plant flowers, paint a fence and give their own homes distinct touches that invite others to do the same. Neighborhood Pride is contagious.

This is the inspiration for the Neighborhood Pride Beautiful Home Awards program, which recognizes a few of the beautiful homes in each Neighborhood Pride area. The Neighborhood Pride program staff asks neighborhood leaders in each Pride area to nominate up to ten homeowners they feel are deserving of this award. Pride Beautiful Home Awards winners will receive a handsome window sticker that tells all visitors their home is a Neighborhood Pride Beautiful Home Award winner. The winners also receive a Certificate of Recognition, signed by Mayor Michael B. Coleman, acknowledging their neighbors selected their home as a Neighborhood Pride Beautiful Home Award winner during Neighborhood Pride Week.

The Neighborhood Pride Beautiful Homes Awards are made possible with the support of Excel Management Systems, a Neighborhood Pride Partner business.
