2008 Program Guidelines

The Home Modification Program provides modifications to the homes of persons with disabilities to increase the independent living opportunities in their home. The removal of architectural and attitudinal barriers allows the disabled person to live or continue to live in his/her home or apartment and fosters dignity and self-respect through the ability to make decisions and manage one's own life.

At this time no new applications are being accepted for the Home Modification Program. If you would like assistance with referral to other programs of this type, call the Intake Line at 614-645-8526. Please leave a message with your name, address, telephone number and your request.
