The Warehouse District Plan is the city’s official guide for the Warehouse District Planning Area, which is bound by I-670 and the Conrail railroad tracks on the north, Grant Avenue on the east, Long Street on the south, and N. Third Street on the west. This plan establishes guidelines to directs future decisions about the planning area. Recommendations are provided regarding land use, traffic and transportation, parking, urban design, infrastructure, and new development/redevelopment.
