Staff of the City of Columbus Planning Division worked with major property owners to propose improvements for the portion of the Olentangy River Road Corridor north of Lane Avenue and south of Riverside Methodist Hospital.  Major provisions of the Olentangy River Road Urban Design Plan include streetscape improvements to the roadway, redevelopment strategies for several key sites, and enhancement of the corridor's interaction with the Olentangy River.
