For several months, a Planning Committee worked with City staff to develop a draft Neighborhood Plan for the North Linden Area (bounded by the Conrail track west of I-71 on the west, Cooke and Ferris roads on the north, the Conrail track east of Cleveland Avenue on the east, and Hudson Street on the south).
