Description

The draft plan applies to the Near East Area Commission boundary and addresses land use and zoning, housing and historic preservation, transportation, community facilities, and implementation.  Noteworthy elements of the plan are design guidelines that address commercial districts, East Broad Street, and infill housing.  The implementation element includes a checklist for the review of development proposals for consistency with the plan.
