An update of the plan for this very large area of northwest Columbus is currently underway which addresses circulation, land use, community services and facilities and environmental quality. (See document link).   The Northwest area is bounded by the Franklin/Delaware County line on the north, the Olentangy River on the east, Henderson Road on the south and the Scioto River and Sawmill Road on the west.
