In order to implement the specific development objectives of the King Lincoln District Plan, The City of Columbus is looking for creative development ideas from qualified developers. Only the highest quality applicants will be selected to redevelop two urban sites in the King Lincoln District.

	879-881 E. Long Street, 3 story brick building (8,694 sq ft)
	RFP for 879-881 E. Long Street
	905 E. Long Street, 3 story brick building (10,785 sq ft)
	RFP for 905 E. Long Street

The Department of Development invites developers with innovative ideas and concepts who have proven skills, resources and commitment needed to successfully redevelop these sites to apply for this redevelopment opportunity. Interested developers may apply for one or both of the available buildings.
